Dedicated Coverage Model

McIntosh Images offers a unique Dedicated Sports Event Coverage Service. 

Service details:  In simple terms, pre-registered clients are photographed throughout the event to ensure a variety of pro quality images for each registered athlete, coach, ref/ump.  After the event, images are processed and delivered to you to be enjoyed and appreciated for years to come.

Can I GIFT the Coverage Service to others?  Absolutely!   

To gift the service to a friend or family member, simply register the athlete/coach/ref/ump as if they are your child and reach out to me directly BEFORE the event occurs.  I can change the client information within the system to ensure the images are delivered to the right person.   

What happens if my athlete doesn't get much playing time?

We've got you covered!  We include warm-ups, sideline, and game images.  If for some reason we are unable to garner enough images from your selected date (which is rare), we will continue to photograph your athlete in the next event to ensure you have a complete gallery to enjoy forever!

What can clients do with their digital downloads?  Do they come with a print release? 

As a dedicated coverage client, you receive images in an online gallery to view and download.  The images provided include a Personal License extended to you by McIntosh Images.   

The Personal License:  McIntosh Images (Photographer) grants the buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) (aka "Media") subject to the following restrictions: This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial and non-editorial use of the Media for display on personal websites, computers or making image prints for personal use.  Proper attribution to McIntosh Images should be used when posting The Media on personal websites/social media.  The Media may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The Media may not be used in advertising or for editorial purposes without prior consent by Photographer. Photographer may request remuneration for such usage.  The Media may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Photographer. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided "as is." Photographer will not be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Media.  

What does McIntosh Images do with the digital files of the athlete or performer following an event? 

As the photographer, McIntosh Images retains copyright ownership of all images.  By hiring McIntosh Images to provide the dedicated coverage service, clients grant approval for McIntosh Images to use images of athletes or performers for McIntosh Images Marketing and Media use promoting the photographer's talent and services, including multi-image montages and posters.  McIntosh Images Marketing and Media uses include, but are not limited to, Social Media platforms, business cards, marketing cards, and websites.
